they won't guarantee their work

locked out
One day my wife and I got locked out of are car while we were at a store shopping. The nice people at thestore called Bills for us to open the car they got to us in less then 30min. We were happy with the fast service we both were tired.

won't guarantee work
This place made a spare key for my Ford Ranger for $70. Now it no longer works and they won't repair or replace it. My other key still works just fine. They cite a 90 day guarantee but how many people only need a car key for 90 days? So...American Express
